Throughout his career, he has worked in high-end, quality restaurants in Cyprus and abroad which helped him develop his knowledge and skills across all food outlets and banquet functions.
With 12 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in the hospitality industry, Nearchos is utilising his extensive background to work as a Pastry Chef in the Cyprus Chefs Association (CCA) and Consulting Pastry Manager in the Cyprus National Junior Culinary Team.
